一、Instrument Overview
Variable head autoosmosis tester (four, two) is a kind of multi-purpose indoor geotechnical testing instrument. The instrument is composed of pressure loading (and pressure stabilization), penetration container and consolidation container in one, so it has the characteristics of compact and reasonable structure, easy to use and no impact force, a new test device.
The characteristics of the instrument:
①During the infiltration test, the dead weight stress or different consolidation pressure can be applied to the soil sample;
②The leakage between the ring cutter and the soil sample caused by disturbance can be avoided;
③ Can increase the osmotic pressure, so as to greatly improve the test effectiveness;
④Consolidation test can be carried out to determine the consolidation coefficient, and establish the correlation between consolidation coefficient and permeability coefficient;
⑤The initial head gradient of soil can be studied;
⑥ If necessary, conventional consolidation test and preliminary consolidation pressure determination of shallow soil can be carried out.
⑦The test process by the computer automatic test head changes and data acquisition and processing.
二、Functional purpose
Variable head automatic seepage pressure test instrument (four, two) is suitable for the determination of the permeability coefficient of silty soil, silty clay, clay and environmental soil, widely used in engineering survey and design institute, soil mechanics laboratory of colleges and universities, geotechnical laboratory.
三、Technical parameters:
1. The diameter of soil sample is 61.8mm and the area of soil sample is 30cm2;
2, soil sample height 40mm (if necessary can also use 20mm soil sample test);
3, consolidation pressure 0 ~ 1000kPa;
4, osmotic pressure 0 ~ 200kPa;
5, soil sample compression ≤10mm;
6, the pressure difference sensor measuring water level range of 0 ~ 40cm, accuracy 0.1cm;
7. The sectional area of variable head is 0.785cm2.
四、Main configuration
1. Air pressure source: provided by air compressor (or other gas storage cylinder (tank));
2. The consolidation pressure applying system is composed of pressure regulating valve, precision pressure gauge, cylinder pressure transmission piston, rolling diaphragm, linear bearing, two-way switch and reaction frame, meter frame and dial indicator, etc.
3. The seepage container is composed of soil cutting ring knife, upper and lower seepage stone, pressure transfer cap, guide ring, water stop ring, pressure ring, fixed screw, container base and quick twist joint, etc.;
4. The osmotic pressure applying system consists of pressure regulating valve, gas-water conversion osmotic pressure measuring tube, precision pressure gauge and three-way switch, etc.
5, the instrument base is made of stainless steel plate, which has a pressure container, pressure frame and cylinder; The plate surface is equipped with a two-way switch for applying consolidation pressure, and equipped with a three-way switch for seepage pressure test;
6. Pressure difference sensor measures water level change;
7, the instrument panel is equipped with precision pressure gauge, gas-water conversion measuring pipe, pressure regulating valve, water supply box and water level indicator meter.
